We at Dupont Veterinary Clinic have put together a list of items to bring with you to help make your visit as stress-free and easy as possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Your Pre-Vet\u00a0Visit Checklist<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Planning ahead can make your pet&#8217;s vet visit more productive for all involved. Before you and your pet jump in the car, be sure you have the following:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your pet\u2019s collar<\/li>\n<li>Leash, harness, or small cage if appropriate<\/li>\n<li>A stool sample to test for intestinal parasites<\/li>\n<li>Favorite toy<\/li>\n<li>A few treats, especially if your dog has any special dietary needs<\/li>\n<li>Health records if you are switching veterinarians or were seen by a different vet since your last visit<\/li>\n<li>A muzzle if your dog bites<\/li>\n<li>A list of questions \u2013\u00a0That is what we are here for, we love answering your questions!<\/li>\n<li>Care credit card or pet insurance information<\/li>\n<li>Feel free to save time and stress by filling out your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/new-client\/\">new client form<\/a> or your surgical release form on our website ahead of time (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/canine-surgical-release\/\">canine release form<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/feline-surgical-release\/\">feline release form<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/exotic-surgical-release\/\">exotic release form<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/avian-surgical-release\/\">avian release form<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/dental-release\/\">dental release form<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dupontvet.com\/forms\/tumor-removal\/\">tumor removal release form<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An annual wellness visit will ensure that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations.
